Dmitriy Samoylenko - Taste Of Namelessness EP (Release Date - 16th December 2013)

We've come to the last release for the year, thanks for all the support in 2013 :)

We end the year with an EP by Ukrainian Saxaphonist/Electronica artist Dmitriy Samoylenko. Dmitriy (known as Dima to his friends) debuted on Dobara earlier this year with a track Taste of Namelessness which was included on the Spring Sampler. The unique fusion of saxaphone and ambient had us convinced this track deserved it's own release.

Ambient/Dub Techno producer Ohrwert debuts on Dobara with the lead remix on this release. Deep pads, lush synth stabs and processed saxaphone is the formula here, creating a whole new track in the process with a slight hint of Dima's original; quality stuff! Label head Sound Gypsy provides a hypnotic warehouse version utilizing more of the huge saxaphone samples from the original but creating his own unique groove. Dima has provided another track for the EP Empty Mirror; this track is also ambient in nature and fuses percussive bell like elements, flute and a drone like vocal recurring throughout the track...although this does not sound as huge as Taste Of Namelessness, it is just as thought provoking.

See you in 2014!
